Can you really lose weight in 7 days, that too without starvation? As it turns out, *MAYBE* you can. Why maybe? Because everyone is different. My focus as a Holistic Nutritionist is always on health. Health comes first. As long as we strive to be the healthiest version of ourselves, we won’t need to worry about weight loss. Weight loss will happen automatically, without us trying for it. Is that so much better than focusing on calories at the expense of health?
If you eat nutrient dense foods, not only do you become healthier and suddenly feel like you have more energy, but you also start losing weight. And if you know anything about me, I’m all about getting healthier. Weight loss is just a happy bonus. So the focus really should be on eating cleaner and not so much on calorie restriction. With my meal plans, you also get a lot of flexibility to add more snacks into your diet, all without jeopardizing your ‘diet’. (Why do I hate that term so much?)

Meals are supposed to nourish you and provide fuel for your body to perform everyday activities in a smooth and efficient way. Most of us these days suffer from fatigue and low energy and depend on coffee to get through the day. If only we gave our bodies the nourishment it needed, we wouldn’t need so much coffee.
